Sarah Aura does not claim to predict the future or know the unseen with certainty. A reading should not be treated as a promise that a particular marriage, relationship, financial result, career outcome, pregnancy, health outcome, legal result or other event will occur.
Readings are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, insurance, religious or other professional advice. Do not use a reading as a substitute for a qualified professional, emergency service, religious authority, or your own judgment.
You remain responsible for decisions you make after receiving a reading. If you are facing an urgent medical, mental-health, safety or legal situation, seek appropriate professional help rather than relying on a reading.
02 · Terms of Service
Services
Sarah Aura offers personalized astrology and Tarot readings, including relationship and marriage readings, finance and wealth-focused readings, destiny readings, Major Arcana readings, and the complete Sarah Aura Archive. Service descriptions and prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Interpretive nature
All readings are interpretive. Symbolic language, archetypes, probabilities, patterns or possibilities discussed in a reading are not guarantees, factual determinations, diagnoses, or promises of a specific result.
Client information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information. Birth date, birth time and birthplace can affect an astrology reading. If birth time is unknown or approximate, the reading may be limited or interpreted accordingly.
Relationship readings
A relationship reading does not establish what another person secretly thinks, feels, intends or will do. Sarah Aura cannot verify another person's private behavior or guarantee a relationship outcome.
Decisions and responsibility
Clients retain responsibility for their own choices, relationships, finances, health, legal matters and other actions. Sarah Aura does not direct clients to make a particular life decision and does not guarantee that a client will achieve a desired outcome.
Third-party services
Payments are processed through Stripe and forms and website services may be provided through third-party platforms such as Netlify. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Sarah Aura does not receive or store full payment-card numbers through its intake form.
Acceptable use
Clients may not use Sarah Aura services to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or unlawfully target another person, or to request assistance for illegal activity.
03 · Payments, Cancellation & Refunds
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment method presented on the website. A purchase confirms the client's request for the selected service and acceptance of these terms.
Personalized services
Sarah Aura readings are personalized services. Because preparation may begin after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once work on the reading has begun or the completed reading has been delivered.
Before work begins
If a client makes a duplicate purchase, purchases the wrong service, or contacts Sarah Aura promptly before work has begun, Sarah Aura may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules, offer a refund, correction or transfer to the appropriate service.
If Sarah Aura cannot fulfill the service
If Sarah Aura cannot reasonably fulfill a purchased reading, the client will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, transfer to another service, or a refund for the unfulfilled service.
Charge disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Sarah Aura first about billing or service problems so that an issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
04 · Privacy Notice
Sarah Aura respects the privacy of clients and collects information needed to provide readings, process purchases, communicate with clients, operate the website, and protect the business.
Information collected
Depending on how you use the site, Sarah Aura may collect your name, email address, birth date, birth time, birthplace, selected reading, questions or other information you voluntarily provide for a reading. The Vault may also collect your email address when you request access.
How information is used
- To process and confirm purchases.
- To prepare and deliver personalized readings.
- To respond to questions and service requests.
- To maintain business, transaction and service records.
- To prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents or other unlawful activity.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect or enforce legal rights.
Payment information
Payment transactions are handled through Stripe. Sarah Aura's intake forms are not designed to collect full credit-card numbers, bank-account numbers, passwords or other payment credentials. Do not submit those details through a Sarah Aura form.
Service providers
Sarah Aura may use third-party providers that host the website, process payments, receive form submissions, deliver email, or support other website functions. Information may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide their services.
Sharing and sale of information
Sarah Aura does not intend to sell clients' personal information. Personal information may be disclosed to service providers, professional advisers, government authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud or security incidents, or complete a business transaction.
Data retention
Sarah Aura may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the business, or comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by the type of information.
Privacy requests
If you want to ask about personal information associated with your Sarah Aura interactions, request correction, or ask a privacy question, contact Sarah Aura through the contact method provided on the website. Where a privacy law applies to your request, Sarah Aura will handle the request according to the rights and procedures required by that law.
Security
Sarah Aura uses reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the services used to protect personal information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
Sarah Aura services are intended for adults. The site is not directed to children under 13, and Sarah Aura does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
Updates

05 · Intellectual Property
The Sarah Aura name, branding, website design, written materials, digital guides, PDFs, reading formats, original text, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to Sarah Aura unless otherwise stated.
Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use their purchased reading or digital product for their own personal purposes. Clients may not reproduce, resell, publish, redistribute, upload, commercially exploit, or represent Sarah Aura materials as their own without written permission.
06 · Client Confidentiality
Sarah Aura treats client-provided reading information as private and uses it for legitimate business and service purposes. Sarah Aura will not intentionally publish a client's personal reading information as a public testimonial or case study without appropriate permission.
Confidentiality is not absolute where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect someone's safety, prevent fraud or illegal activity, or protect Sarah Aura's legal rights.
07 · Limitations & General Terms
No guarantee
Sarah Aura does not guarantee a particular personal, romantic, financial, professional or other outcome from any reading or digital product.
Availability
Sarah Aura may change, suspend or discontinue services, prices, content or website features at any time. If a paid service is materially unavailable and cannot be fulfilled, the remedy described in the Payments, Cancellation & Refunds section will apply.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sarah Aura is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the website or interpretive services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Sarah Aura's business and the transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to a particular client. This section should be reviewed and finalized by a Florida attorney before publication if Sarah Aura intends to specify a particular county, court or dispute-resolution procedure.
